We seek to purchase homes that are not perfect and need work.  This frees you — the seller — from having to spend money on repairs and fix-up before selling.   Most people have some personal attachment to their home or that of a family member.  In most cases after a purchase of your home, to free you of a burden, we try to remodel and resell, but market economics may demand a different approach such as holding longer as a rental.  We know from our experience that we must all be flexible at times.
