No homes currently in work or ready to sell.

Our business took a break on flipping and property renovations during COVID, then during my transition out of the military, and later with lack of homes inventory, rising interest rates, and rising costs of purchase.

During this time, we focused on other service offerings and pivoted to providing gap funding to real estate investor colleagues.

With the current real estate market and costs in Northern Virginia, the business continues to look for undervalued homes to purchase, while we focus on our other service offerings.  In 2024, we are back to actively seeking undervalued properties to purchase and renovate for sell or rent.
